Welcome, my name is Tim Debije and owner of BALD pigment. I came into contact with Micro Hair Pigmentation through my own experience. It made a big impression on me. I want to be able to give others that joy and boost of self-confidence too.
I started training in MHP in the Netherlands. I didn't think this training was good enough, because I still felt I didn't know all the ins-and-outs surrounding MHP. However, my motivation to become an MHP artist had grown even more. I continued training at Brandwood Clinic in the UK with Paul Clark and Simon Lane as mentors, multiple award winning and world leaders in the field of MHP. To improve my specialism and expand techniques, I completed another master class certificate with Hair Tattoo By Hugues. Hugues is also an Award winning MHP artist with several titles won worldwide and has received an Award for best international trainer. At last but not least, I also took a master class at SMP Legends with mentor SMP innovator Paul Clark with more than 12 years of experience (former Brandwood Clinic) in the UK for creating different hairlines to perfection.

Daily training schedule
Training day 1
- Introduction
- Introduction MHP
- Review of hygiene guidelines and working safely
- Discuss workspace and required equipment
- Practice on high-quality fake skins and bananas (yes really, bananas!)
- Of course we have breaks in between
Training day 2:
- Brief recap workspace and required materials discussion
- Starting on a real life model
- We will fill up the scalp for 40%
- You will do as much as possible yourself
- I accompany you nonstop
- Of course we have breaks in between
Training day 3:
- Model returns after one week
- We will now make the scalp full for 80%
- Once again, you will do as much as possible yourself
- I accompany you nonstop
- Of course we have breaks in between
Training day 4:
- Again after one week break, model returns
- The head is filled for 100%
- Once again, you will do as much as possible yourself
- I accompany you nonstop
- Of course we have breaks in between
Training day 5:
- After about a month, the model returns
- We call this treatment the finishing touch.
- After a month, I can properly show you how the pigment is set and has settled in the skin
- You will learn how to 'connect the dots' for the very best results
- You are going to create more depth
- You will mainly do it yourself
- I accompany you nonstop
- Of course we have breaks in between
Cost and location:
- Costs for one-to-one training: The cost for this four-day training course is €3,500.
- Cost of group training (max4): €3000.
- Location: The training takes place in my studio at Bald in Heerlen.
